What is Social Prescribing – the new initiative by the NHS
I run Mindfulness Based stressed Reduction (MBSR) meditation courses as part of the NHS Croydon Social Prescribing initiative.
The sessions include a variety of meditations including the body scan, sitting, movement with Chi Kong, mindful eating, the body breath and walking, which are in line with the course, as well as my own mindful work which gives the course my own authenticity to the practice.
