Update on mindful morning sessions:
The Christmas morning sessions, please see the Christmas page, were so popular and so much needed by the attendees over this difficult time. So I’m delighted to say the morning sessions have continued and are now at the following days and times:
Monday 9am – 9.35am
Wednesday 9am – 9.35am
Friday 9am – 9.35am
In these sessions, we practice, breathing meditations, including coherent breathing, warm up movement and dance meditations. Attendees are finding these so much fun and a great way to start the day as well as feeling an improvement in their mental and physical health.
