Update on mindful morning sessions:
During Christmas 2020 I decided to take morning sessions on everyday throughout the Christmas period, these were so popular and so much needed by the attendees over this difficult time, and I’m delighted to say the morning sessions have continued and are now at the following days and times:
Monday 9am – 9.45am
Wednesday 9am – 9.45am
Friday 9am – 9.45am
Please check the weekly newsletter, on the newsletter page, which is released each Sunday, for any changes to the session times on the following week.
In these sessions, we practice, breathing meditations, including coherent breathing, warm up movement and dance meditations. Attendees are finding these so much fun and a great way to start the day as well as feeling an improvement in their mental and physical health.
