Morning mindful sessions

Update on mindful morning sessions:

During Christmas 2020 I decided to take morning sessions on everyday throughout the Christmas period, these were so popular and so much needed by the attendees over this difficult time, when friends and family couldn’t see each other due to Covid restrictions, and I’m delighted to say the morning sessions have continued and are now at the following days and times:

Monday 9am – 9.45am

Wednesday 9am – 9.45am

Friday 9am – 9.45am

These are confirmed every Sunday by email, so it is important to be on my email list to be aware of any changes to these times.

In these sessions, we practice, breathing meditations, including coherent breathing, warm up movement and dance meditations. Attendees are finding these so much fun and a great way to start the day as well as feeling an improvement in their mental and physical health.
