I started as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher at the centre In February 2020 after the previous person had left. I deliver 3 MBSR courses a year, starting in February, May and September, plus weekly workshops in-between the courses for people to drop in and to continue their practice.
This is such a wonderful place to work, the staff are very helpful and eager to learn about me and my experience as well as my delivery style. It worked out perfectly and I started on 11th February 2020. I delivered weekly Mindful meditation sessions at the centre until lockdown, then I continued with on-line sessions through Zoom. The on-line sessions helped a few of the attendees but others found the technology difficult to get to grips with, or didn’t like the idea of continuing on-line.
