The movements I take in my sessions are based on Qi Gong, they are easy to follow, however, please ensure you take care, do not over stretch your body, move with mindfulness and respect your body, if you feel the stretch is too much for your body then ease back or relax. The movements can help with stiffness in the body, easing stressed muscles and helping with aches.
