Eastbourne meditation. (Testimonials)
Over the weekend of 13th – 15th March 2020, just before lockdown, I ran a weekend retreat practicing mindfulness meditation in a lovely comfortable guest house, Pebble Beach, which over looks the sea in Eastbourne. Please visit their website for more information about their wonderful guest house.
The weekend involved:
Friday:
Participants make their own way to Eastbourne. The guest house is about 20 minutes walk from Eastbourne station. There is a direct train from Clapham Junction. Or you may have to change at Brighton. Or it’s about 1hr 30 minutes drive from London.
Evening meal out (own cost)
Evening meditation theme: to arrive. Experience something new. Learning. Preparing. Being open.
Saturday:
Continental Breakfast in guest house. 8-9am
