I have never felt so relaxed in my life since doing the Mindfulness course at Putneymead with Peter, and the arthritic pain in my neck has eased with the gentle Chi Kong movements we do on the course. I feel fantastic! Thank you. JW May 2020
Dear Peter – thank you so much for continuing to run the Mindfulness class via Zoom. I am finding it extremely helpful in controlling my anxiety which has got worse at this very difficult time of social isolation. I am sure that the rest of the group feel the same.

Firstly I would like to say I found the course very useful and have been surprised when doing the meditation that I have actually felt like I wanted to go to sleep, which for someone who struggles with going to sleep, that has been quite a surprise.Â I also believe I have reduced my anxiety on the days when I have a session.Â Again, this has been very useful and something I wish I had started a long time ago.
