Hi Pete! Thanks for organising a great weekend. We all (4 of us in a group)  enjoyed every moment of it. 

1) After attending an 8 week meditation course run by Pete, I really enjoyed the opportunity to practice the meditation techniques and discovering how easy it is to meditate any time, anywhere.

2) The lovely accommodation and wonderful home-cooked meals provided extra special nourishment for the body and soul. Cannot fault the whole weekend!

3) mindfulness is slowly becoming a way of life for me, it’s is helping me to get through the challenging times, especially now when the country is practically on “lockdown “  AM March 2020

I really was able to take time to think of what the activities meant and compare how walking and dancing etc. mindfully is vs mindlessly doing these things Accommodation – Even though just there for lunch, felt very well looked after

Really lovely to take some time away to reflect. Loved being by the sea and the mindful walk. Enjoyed the pace of the weekend and variation. And I loved my room! A March 2020

Great to be away by the sea, meeting new people. And loved the dance meditation. I found the eating in silence difficult at first. DN March 2020

Things I enjoyed: Silent (beach) walk, dance meditation, time at the well-being centre for meditations, Mindful eating, the guest house, the food! I would have liked more time in the well-being centre. When is the next retreat? well done 10/10. JB March 2020

Brilliant accommodation, thoughtful and relaxing meditations, food good, right size group of people, the price was excellent and would have paid more. Maybe include an evening walk as well as the morning walk. 7 am too early for me! MK March 2020

I enjoyed the freedom within the practice. Loved the movement session and the 1 1/2 hr silent beach meditation. I would have liked time for journal time. I would recommend this weekend 100% Fantastic. Thank you! RW March 2020

The weekend from start to finish was superb, challenging, interesting and hugely beneficial in equal measure. Pete is a first class leader. I would come back in a flash. I would have enjoyed another day or two to allow for more practice time to become more natural. And with a slightly longer outdoor/beach meditation. T March 2020
